When you contact us, one of our travel experts will be in touch with you personally within 24 hours. We know that planning your safari is part of the journey, so we’ll communicate with you in any way you feel comfortable.

If it’s convenient for you, we’d love to chat over the telephone and discuss your journey, but we’re just as happy to talk on email. Skype is our friend too and we’ll even chat over Whatsapp – or whatever else works for you.

Our help and support doesn’t end once you’ve booked and paid. We’ll be there for you every step of the way. Your travel expert will make sure you have all the information and inspiration you need ahead of time and will be on hand to answer any questions you have.

Ngoni safaris Uganda is a registered company under UTB (Uganda Tourism Board), which means (among other things) that any deposits you pay before you start travelling, are financially secure. There are many stringent criteria we need to meet annually, to maintain our License with UTB, Regulators of tour operators in Uganda.

We’re a real business, with physical offices in Kampala, Uganda. Originally operating from premises in Kampala suburbs, we moved to the city centre in 2018 to be closer to our customers while they visit the Mother City.

We make annual donations to the trust and physically lend a helping hand for specific projects, when needed.
