Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar – Romantic Beach Welcome

Upon arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, a Ngoni Safaris representative will welcome you and transfer you privately to your beachfront resort. Check into a beautifully prepared honeymoon room and spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool or walking along the beach.

In the evening, enjoy a romantic welcome dinner at the resort.

Day 2: Stone Town and Spice Farm Tour

After breakfast, meet your private guide and travel to historic Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through its narrow streets and discover carved Zanzibar doors, local markets, the Old Fort, the House of Wonders area and the island’s fascinating Arab, African, Indian and European heritage.

Continue to a spice farm for a guided tour. See, smell and taste tropical spices and fruits such as cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and cardamom. Return to the resort later in the afternoon for leisure and a sunset walk along the beach.

Day 3: Safari Blue Experience

After breakfast, transfer to the south-west coast for the famous Safari Blue excursion. Sail across the clear waters of Menai Bay in a traditional dhow, visit a beautiful sandbank, swim and snorkel among colourful marine life, and enjoy fresh tropical fruits.

A seafood barbecue lunch will be served during the excursion. Return to the resort in the late afternoon and enjoy a relaxed evening together.

Day 4: Leisure Day and Romantic Sunset Cruise

Enjoy a slow honeymoon morning with breakfast at the resort. The day is free for swimming, sunbathing or optional activities such as a couples’ massage, kayaking, diving or a visit to Mnemba Island.

In the late afternoon, take a private or small-group sunset dhow cruise. Enjoy beautiful views of the Indian Ocean as the sun sets, followed by a special candlelit honeymoon dinner at the resort.

Day 5: Departure

Enjoy your final breakfast and some free time at the beach, depending on your flight schedule. Check out and take a private transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your onward flight, carrying wonderful memories of your honeymoon.
