To confirm your safari, we normally require a 30% deposit, although guests may also choose to make full payment in advance.

1. Pay for Your Safari Using Wise
Wise is an international money-transfer service that allows travelers to send money to bank accounts in other countries. Wise provides different payment and transfer options depending on the sender’s country, currency and transfer amount.
If you already use Wise, you can arrange an international transfer to our Uganda bank account using the beneficiary information provided below.
Wise allows customers to enter the recipient’s bank details, select the amount and currency, review applicable fees and complete the transfer.

Wise can be convenient for international travelers because it allows customers to compare the exchange rate and transfer costs before completing a payment. Available payment methods and transfer times depend on the country, currencies and payment route.
Important: Before making a Wise transfer, always check the beneficiary details carefully and confirm the final amount and fees shown by Wise.
2. Bank-to-Bank Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

3. Pay by Credit or Debit Card
For travelers who prefer to pay by card, Ngoni Safaris provides an online payment option.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your safari booking when paying by card.

Before completing the transaction, check that the amount is correct and retain your payment confirmation for your records.
4. How Much Do I Need to Pay to Confirm My Safari?
For most safari bookings, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the tour.
For example:
Safari cost: $5,000
30% deposit: $1,500
Balance: $3,500
The remaining balance can be paid according to the payment schedule agreed with Ngoni Safaris.
Clients who prefer to pay the full safari amount upfront may also do so.
Payment conditions can vary depending on the safari, accommodation, permits and booking requirements, so please check your safari quotation and booking terms.
5. Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking Permits
Uganda gorilla trekking and chimpanzee trekking involve permits that need to be secured in advance.
Because permits and certain safari services can have specific booking and cancellation conditions, we recommend confirming the payment and cancellation terms with Ngoni Safaris before making your deposit.
For popular travel periods, early booking is recommended because permits and accommodation can become limited.
6. What Happens After I Make Payment?
Once you have completed your payment, please send your payment confirmation or transfer receipt to:
Our reservations team will verify the payment and update your booking.
We recommend keeping your bank transfer receipt, Wise confirmation or card payment confirmation until your safari has been completed.
Payment Process

Step 4: We verify the payment.
Step 5: Your safari booking is confirmed according to the agreed booking conditions.
Step 6: We continue arranging your accommodation, permits, transportation, activities and other safari services.

The best option depends on where you are traveling from and which payment services are available to you.

Ideal for travelers who already use Wise for international transfers and want to send money directly to our Uganda bank account.
Bank Transfer
Suitable for clients who prefer to make a traditional international bank transfer directly from their bank.
Card Payment
Convenient for travelers who prefer to pay online using a credit or debit card.
Full Payment
Guests who prefer to settle their entire safari cost in advance can request full-payment arrangements from our reservations team.
8. Are Bank and Transfer Fees Included?
International banks, card providers and money-transfer services may charge their own transaction or currency-conversion fees.
Wise, for example, displays applicable fees and delivery estimates during the transfer process.
Any bank or transfer charges should therefore be checked with your bank or payment provider before completing the transaction.
If you are making an international SWIFT transfer, intermediary banks may also charge handling fees depending on the transfer route.
